Disappointed

I Rarely Ever Find Myself Writing A Poor Review, But This One Needs Help. I Was Very Interested In What Appeared To Be A Collection Of All Sorts Of Interesting Things. The Stories Were Jumbled And Not Well Presented And I Am Sorry I Bought The Book. Hopefully Some One Else Will Enjoy It. I Am Sorry That I Did Not.

DO NOT BUY THIS AWFUL BOOK. Horribly misleading.

DO NOT BUY THIS AWFUL BOOK. This appeared under a books you may be interested in based on previous purchases which up until this point had only been middle aged reader books and given the title and the cover, it seemed like a harmless fun facts book based on the animated cover and title and short blurb that ends up talking about awful murders. Absolutely NOT age appropriate for children at all and should not have ever appeared in my recommended for you based on previous purchases. Very very upset about this as it was given to an 8 yr old to read. Infuriating. If you look, it is listed with related subjects "children's and children's books" and this is absolutely not a children's book in any way. Nor is it games or humorous. It speaks about the smiley face killer, a cannibal that *rapes* the dead corpse and other gruesome topics not even remotely suitable for children!! This is completely unacceptable that it is not clearly marked as not suitable for under 18. I don't even want to bother selling it back or returning it bc there should be less copies of this book in circulation so we are tossing it in the trash where it belongs. Because Jesus....a book labeled "children's book" and "humorous" and the like should not include gruesome details of serial killers.

Great history lesson

This book was very interesting and enlightening. Who knew history could be so fun. It kept my attention thr entire time.
