A city does not get by without either any more. We look at a city marketing concept of the city of Krefeld critically and assess the success in line of this campaign. The name of this campaign is "Krefeld - sch n hier", a city marketing campaign in three phases. Result of this campaign is the Krefeld Summer Street and a postcard which ones stores in the City Archive of Krefeld now. Exactly this is part also of the points of criticism at the campaign just like the budget perhaps calculated too only just. It was tried in the text on hand to give to the reader a better understanding of the campaign and to light up the backgrounds. A personal assessment of the campaign and some interviews then follow with local politicians and top city executives in the appendix at the end of this work. ***** Heutzutage geht nichts mehr ohne Werbung. Auch eine Stadt kommt nicht mehr ohne aus. Wir betrachten ein Stadtmarketingkonzept der Stadt Krefeld kritisch, und bewerten den Erfolg dieser speziellen Kampagne. Der Name dieser Kampagne lautet "Krefeld - sch n hier", eine Stadtmarketingkampagne in drei Phasen. Ergebnis dieser Kampagne ist die Krefeld Summer Street und eine Postkarte, welche nun im Stadtarchiv lagert. Genau das geh rt auch mit zu den Kritikpunkten an der Kampagne ebenso wie der vielleicht etwas zu knapp bemessene Etat.
