Intekhab-e-Baal-e-Jibreel ma Muqadma, Tanqeed-o-Tashreeh aur Funni Jaiza [Urdu]

Muhammad Iqbal (Urdu: محمد اقبال; 9 November 1877 - 21 April 1938) was a South Asian Muslim writer, philosopher, scholar and politician, whose poetry in the Urdu language is considered among the greatest of the twentieth century, and whose vision of a cultural and political ideal for the Muslims of British Raj was to animate the impulse for Pakistan. He is commonly referred to by the honorific Allama.

Published in 1935, Bal-e-Jibril بالِ جبریل (Wings of Gabriel) is considered by many critics as his finest Urdu poetry and was inspired by his visit to Spain, where he visited the monuments and legacy of the kingdom of the Moors. It consists of ghazals, poems, quatrains and epigrams and carries a strong sense of religious passion.

Prof. Ejaz Ali Arshad Explain the selected poetry from this collection and review the poetry of Iqbal especially for students.
