Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Gesundheitstelematik kann helfen, Informations- und Kommunikationsdefiziten im deutschen Gesundheitswesen entgegenzuwirken und gleichzeitig Kosten zu senken und die medizinische Versorgung zu verbessern. Die Nutzung telematischer Anwendungen kann den Beteiligten die Kontrolle ber ihre Daten sichern und die Stellung der Akteure im Gesundheitssystem wesentlich beeinflussen. Wesentliche Interessenunterschiede zwischen den Akteuren und fehlende rechtliche und konomische Voraussetzungen haben die Einigung auf konkrete L sungen bzw. Standards bisher verhindert. So ist die Akzeptanz f r eine umfangreiche Nutzung telematischer Anwendungen noch nicht bei allen Beteiligten gegeben. Hiermit sind insbesondere die Versicherten gemeint, aber auch auf rztlicher Seite bestehen viele Vorbehalte. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie die Akzeptanz erh ht werden kann, um das Potenzial der Telematik f r das Gesundheitssystem zu erschlie en. Abstract: Health telematics could help, to lower costs and at the same time to prevent medical information and communication deficits. For the persons concerned the use of telematic applications could ensure control over their data and could considerably influence the position of the actors in the health system. Important differences of opinion and conflicting interests as well as missing legal and economic conditions prevented up to now concrete solutions and/or new standards. So there is no general acceptance for an extensive use of telematic applications. That is in particular true for the insured persons, but physyicians, too, tend to be reluctant. The paper shows how acceptance could be increased in order to use the chances that telematics offer for the health system.
