The labour market is particularly affected. Demographic change shows that the (working) population is not only getting older, but also smaller. To counteract the impending shortage of personnel, companies and businesses must develop new strategies. Continuing education is an established tool for training personnel, particularly with regard to changes brought about by technological progress.
