In general, sport is about improving personal performance, boosting self-confidence, enjoying exercise and making social contacts. Physical activity and targeted training offer both able-bodied people and wheelchair users the opportunity to strengthen their muscles and maintain their mobility. In addition, this leads to a more independent life and an improved quality of life for paraplegics. The aim is to integrate wheelchair users into everyday life and society in a playful way.
