Integrated Nutrient Management in Fodder Maize (Zea mays L.)

A field experiment entitled "Integrated nutrient management in fodder maize (Zea mays L.) under South Gujarat condition" was conducted on heavy black soil at the college farm, N. M. College of Agriculture, Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari (Gujarat) during the summer season 2019. The experiment comprising twelve treatment combinations laid out in factorial randomized block design in replicated three times. The treatment consisted combinations of two organic manures viz. FYM @ 5.0 t/ha (O1) and bio compost @ 5.0 t/ha (O2), three levels of inorganic fertilizers viz. 50% RDF (F1), 75% RDF (F2) and 100% RDF (F3) and two levels of biofertilizers viz. No biofertilizer (B0) and Azotobacter + PSB @ Seed treatment 10 ml/kg seed each (B1).
