The EVERDAY LANGUAGE explaination of the chip making process for the non-engineer! Easy to read and understand this somewhat humorous yet factual book has been the "bible" for training and employee... This description may be from another edition of this product.
While cleaning, I found my old 2nd edition copy (1978) and will now buy the 3rd edition (2000). Given the basic content, most of that 2nd edition is still useful; so the 3rd edition will be a welcome update to my library. One can pass this quick and very readable text on to almost anyone, to learn semiconductor basics -- but make sure you get your copy returned.
