Full of illustrations, helpful tips, systematic approachs and development process. You can take what you need and forget the rest. One of the better ISD texts for business driven podium instructors, facilitators and learning professionals. Helps ensure that all the training points are focused to student needs and organized for smooth delivery and consistency. If you follow the process, and develop the material correctly, it is pretty easy to pass the product to other instructors who will a very shallow learning curve to deliver the course.
