The image for this book is for the 4th edition of the textbook, but the ISBN is the 3rd edition

I ordered this book thinking it was the instructor's manual that accompanied the most recent edition of the textbook based off the picture shown. I totally missed that this is actually for the 3rd edition and doesn't do me any good. It was an expensive buy, and I'm considering returning it as I'm not sure it will be as helpful as I was hoping. The correct picture should be uploaded so as to not confuse a potential buyer.
