This book just arrive today. It had no reviews when I bought it but ordered it anyway. I’ve had an InstaPot for 5 years and was searching a book with interesting vegetarian recipes for it. It’s so simplistic as to be insulting. For example, instead of using the InstaPot to do pressure cooking if beans the recipes cal for canned beans. That’s a complete cheat in my book. I use the Instapot as a pressure cooker not as a Sauté machine which then finishes the recipe in a quick 5 minute high temp pressure cook. It’s a book for “babies” and I’ve yet to find a recipe that’s interesting. Almost all savory recipes call for tomato sauce and sweet recipes call for sugar. Well there goes the concept of healthy recipes . it’s just designed for those who don’t know how to cook and don’t want to take time. It’s like a modern version of the 50s cookbooks that called for canned vegetables and processed foods to get dinner ready in 3o minutes. What a joke. Spare yourself
