One of a kind -- the absolute best

I LOVE this cookbook. Every single recipe has the picture of the main ingredients you need, so you can see quickly what you have missing. EACH step is also illustrated, so you barely have to read the instructions. And of course, there is also the final picture of the product. Every picture is in colour, and is very clear. The steps are easy to follow (and very short). Cook's tips are helpful. There is even a section in the beginning showing you different types of meats, herbs, etc. for the rookie cook.I've cooked maybe 15 recipes from it, and they were a hit each time. Excellent book, I wish I could give it 10 stars.
