Melodie is the older of twins by 6 minutes - Mary and Melodie, July 12, 1951.They spent all their time together and communicated telepathically. In 1974 Mary was killed in a head-on collision, was resuscitated and hospitalized for months. Today she's in her wheelchair functioning at a low level of communication, but is aware of her family, the music around her and she is delightfully whimsical.Melodie married, had two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Michelle, but the marriage was unsuccessful. The stress of a failed marriage and "losing" her sister was too much and Melodie slipped into severe depression. She's had much help at this point and finds her solace in writing poetry to God, Mother Mary, Jesus, Nature and her pet dog, Suzie. These poems are prayers from her heart to help any one who needs a hand to find the Light. May God bless you all. Melodie's Mother
