To grow. Isn't that a main purpose in life? Being diagnosed with Bipolar, Obsessive-Compulsive and Generalized Anxiety disorders, there is only one way for me to grow...Forward!! Of course, there are detours, rocky roads and sometimes a lost compass! But when all is said and done...Forward. Grateful.

Much growth occurs during, and as a result of the writings contained in Insides Out. To my great fortune, it has been a release from extra-distorted and excess thinking. In other words, additional mind garbage that tags along with the core disorders. My desire is for all to know...there is hope! There is a way out! You don't have to live a miserable existence full of fear and pain. Due to continuous growth, the present writings are not just of the mental. My writing is beginning to branch out into lighter topics, as my life gets lighter. YAY!!! So much for which to be thankful. Just sharing a good thing.
