well well, i'm impressed again as usual with new riders

this is a great intermediate-advanced level book(which means you should begin your DW/web design studies elsewhere(DW Virtual Classroom HIGHLY recommended). Don't try to study too much at once, you'll actually slow yourself down. Start from the bottom. One thing at a time.ok, the fact of the matter is there are tons of books that try to instruct on usage of Dreamweaver... and yes, most of them cover DW respective to its experience level(i.e.: beginner, intermediate...), BUT keep in mind that it's not whether it covers the material or not, it's how the material is presented. Many books have random comments and are not organized. The result? Unnecessary slow learning, repetition of reading, and confusion. I can say this b/c I've read many web design relevant books. And as for INSIDE DREAMWEAVER 4, it's none of the above; it's close to perfect, pleasure to read, and by far better than Dreamweaver 4 BIBLE(the bible doesn't even come close to touching the calibre of this book). I won't go any further criticizing, but do see for yourself by comparing both of these books. Inside Dreamweaver 4 is just simply the smarter tutorial reference.I'm a very demanding critic(see my other reviews and see for yourself), yet I gave this book 5 stars. It's really that good.Once you find yourself midway on the DW ladder, go thru this book, you won't regret it.

Dreamweaver Magic

I have only read through the first 5 chapters and what can I say. I have read a few Dreamweaver books and none of them compares to this one. Inside Dreamweaver 4 covers every aspect of the program and more. The book is easy to read and to understand. The tutorials are great and easy to follow. If you only purchase one Dreamweaver book, get this one.

A great Guide to a Great Application

This is a wonderful Dreamweaver Resource that offers an easy path to harnessing the world's most powerful visual web authoring tool. The book adeptly bridges the gap between the more simplistic Dummies, Quick Start and H.O.T. guides and the all-inclusive Bible series. Kudos to the authors for their concise explanations. This is a keeper.

Third One's a Charm

This was the third book about Dreamweaver book I've attempted to adopt as the proverbial reference guide. The other two were a bit interesting but lacked in many areas. This one's it though. I recommend this book for the Dreamweaver proficient as well as the beginner. It will be hard for any other book to beat the clarity of the layout, the timeliness of the illustrations, and the logical steps of how the learning progresses. Much, much better than the Dummies and Bible series.
