There is a world within us to discover, we only need to look inside ourselves to realize that there is a whole universe full of thoughts, images and emotions that are born from the deepest part of ourselves.
All these elements are in constant movement. If we stop to observe them we will learn their mechanism and the enormous influence they exert, without us often being aware of it. They seek to manifest themselves in some way. They use that inner voice that we all hear in our head repeatedly.
That voice is nothing more than an internal dialogue that we establish with ourselves, where all those thoughts that arise in our mind flourish. It is nothing more than a faithful reflection of what we are thinking at any given moment.
In this new journey to our inner world, we will realize that there is this voice, this internal dialogue that tries to communicate to us a series of thoughts that are always the same. For some reason, those thoughts are the ones that capture our interest, and that is why they are reiterated more frequently.
