?I am a blind artist. This can shock some people. This is not supposed to be something that can be done. There are many blind artists, though, with varying degrees of blindness. I don't think of being an artist as an occupation one chooses. Rather it is something that chooses you. It is inside of you and needs to share itself with the world. It is more of who you are than what you do. Therefore, when you go blind, you do not stop being an artist. You only need to change the way you share yourself with the world.
