The Inner Odyssey is the story of John, a successful businessman living in Los Angeles, who is having a spiritual crisis. He has everything a person could ask for, yet he lives an unhappy and lonely existence. Trying to find meaning in life, he joins the Hope & Healing Center, where he meets Dr. Carlos Mendez, his spiritual counselor, who hands him the red book. The red book has answers to questions that people on the spiritual path often have about love, loss, suffering, pain, god & destiny. The writing in the red book is so powerful that John falls in love its author - Sara, a young mysterious woman. Through their love story, his conversations with Dr. Mendez and passages and poems written in the red book, John is able to resolve his spiritual crisis and awaken to a higher consciousness.

We all need something to believe in; something that gives meaning to our lives and purpose to our paths. And that something is becoming more and more elusive in this fast-paced modern world. The Inner Odyssey tries to find what that 'something' is.
