This is a book of poetry and words that describe the struggles and situations faced by the author. As a gay Latino man he has struggled with religion, culture and sexuality and the various aspects of his identity that conflicted with each other. Inner Demons deals with the inner struggles he has endured.The words contained in this book are not for the light hearted, or the easily offended. This poetry is personal and comes from the experiences he has endured throughout his life. Sometimes it is dark, and sometimes it is light, but it is always real. Some words are harsh and vulgar, and the emotions and situations described are hard to handle, but they needed to be said and addressed.
