This story is about overcoming homelessness; foster care, addictions, and all the growing pains that come with it. The Story takes place in Sacramento, Ca.
This is story about my childhood growing up in difficult environments, and dealing with family trauma, homelessness, foster-care, and growing pains. I detail and reflect on how I view ordeals and overcome them to excel regardless of circumstances. Trying to inspire hope and determination that anything is possible when we believe and never give into the darkness that life ordeals can consume people into bad spaces and self destruction. While also providing others with something that they can use to reflect on. To have understanding, and grow compassion for others in misfortunate situations so that we can come together instead of feeling worlds apart. This story revolves around my faith and spirit that was indestructible, and how I came to be compassionate towards other, and the building blocks of my heart. Writing this was my dream, and I accomplished it.
