Great book series

My 6 year old daughter is in 1st grade and loves this book series. She catches herself reading longer than the required time for her homework. I'm all for her being interested in reading and not just any reading but good stories for her age. I'm amazed she started reading these chapter books in Kindergarten. She has this color series, the animals series and she is getting the weather series for Christmas.

Great book for the 5-6 yr old set

My daughter (5) doesn't read yet, but she was enthralled by the Rainbow Magic books. We purchased this one to complete our collection. They are very well written, and appropriate for the age group. Oh, and these books make her want to read!

Fantastic Series

My daughter loves this series of books - the biggest problem we have is that she won't stop after one chapter. She's 5, so we do most of the reading, she'll read a paragraph or two, but we do that's it for now. It won't be long before she'll be re-reading them herself. She and her sister love playing fairies now, it's been great for her developing her imagination and her creative play has flourished lately. We started with book 1 of the Rainbow Fairies and are now on the Weather Fairies Series. I highly recommend these books.

This is the 6th book in the series of rainbow fairy books. My daughter (almost 6) absolutely loves these books and they are a great introduction to chapter books. She lines them up in order and anxiously awaits the arrival in the next ordered book of the series. It is a nice change for me to read something that entertains me too as I read to her. She delights in having them read to her and as her reading skills emerge, she will be able to enjoy them again when she can read to herself.
