Inheritance in Islam

All adorations are for Allah, the Lord of the words. May be the peace and blessings of Allah be upon the last of the prophets and the messengers, our prophet Muhammad. May the peace and the blessings also continues on his household, his companions and those that trail the paths with good deeds till the day of resurrection. Thereafter, the knowledge of religious duties are: Islamic doctrine on inheritance, knowledge of calculation connected to know what is to be given to those who deserve an entitlement from what the properties the dead leaves.لِلرِّجَالِ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ وَلِلنِّسَاءِ نَصِيبٌ مِمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْأَقْرَبُونَ مِمَّا قَلَّ مِنْهُ أَوْ كَثُرَ ۚ نَصِيبًا مَفْرُوضًا There is a share for men and a share for women from what is left by parents and those nearest related, whether, the property be small or large - a legal share. (An-Nisa 4:7)From the above by Allah (SWT), inheritance is a section in Islamic jurisprudence (فقه) singularly composing wide explanations. It has been propagated among the islamic scholars that the knowledge on inheritance is the first knowledge that would be lost on earth from what was reported from the messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم who said: "Learn the knowledge of inheritance and teach people because I am a man that will be gone and this knowledge will seize, and sedition will spread until two men will start disagreeing on inheritance and they will not take serious whom is judging between them."
