Well Worth Reading

The story of a family's life in the Australian Outback, covering a span of time from around 1900 through the time of Cyclone Tracy. The descriptions of what life was like in the Back of Beyond before it was "discovered", and most of all the descriptions of the land, have stayed with me through the years.
