In Tacoma, Washington, a new tattoo shop named Inferno Ink opens its doors, run by the enigmatic and demonic Asmodeus. Known for his dark aura and extraordinary artistic skills, Asmodeus draws in curious customers, unaware of the sinister magic embedded in his designs.

When a young woman named Emily becomes the first victim, experiencing excruciating pain from a dragon tattoo that slithers under her skin, the horror unfolds. Each tattoos is imbued with a malevolent supernatural force, begin to control and harm those who get them. A college student's wolf tattoo causes violent outbursts, while a bartender's snake tattoo leads to a fatal car crash. The city is plunged into chaos as these incidents accumulate. Detectives Sarah Mitchell and David Torres are assigned to investigate the unusual deaths and assaults linked to Inferno Ink.
