Chest radiography is the only radiological diagnostic test that is recommended as a first step. Computed tomography (CT) is usually indicated in case of clinico-radiographic discordance. The aim of our study was to evaluate the diagnostic contribution of this examination in patients hospitalized for CAP and its impact on their therapeutic management.
