A new virus enters into the world labeled the red flare virus. Within a little amount of time the world begins to succumb to the bleeding virus emerging the world into a new age of chaos and greed. Within this chaos lies a simple family comrpised of a husband, wife, son, and daughter. The notable in this are little Lily, a young 8-year-old girl, and her brother, Phoenix, at a mere age of ten. In their journey to reach sanctuary they will encounter many troubles throughout the devolving world of blood. Will they succumb to the darkness like all those around them or will they be able to resist the blood wishing to enter into their souls? Only one thing is certain, the world will never be the same; and neither will they.
