Just started reading it so haven't gone very far, but looks promising! Well written and engaging.

Great Book.

The book is awsome. It covers everything that deals with a job analysis, and much more that has to do with working in Human Resources, or someone that is in charge in a working environment. Easy to follow, and understand.

Great I/O book covers it all!

This book is great, gives an overall view of the field and uses a healthy amount of humor. Can be used at undergraduate and graduate level. BONUS: The handbook really allows you to practice and understand the material.
