The pair jumped out of Lord Exploder and rushed to the two still figures. There, wedged into a vee created by the dual trunks of a huge oak were the blood-soaked, lifeless bodies of Lieutenant Jett and his faithful steed Reckless. The tree was holding Reckless upright giving the appearance that he was bearing his slumped-over master on to eternity. The year is 2065, and due to many of today's governmental policies and the decay of its citizens' morals, the United States has collapsed and is invaded by a combined force of the evil empires of the world. Much as its forefathers had fought as minutemen at the birth of the nation, it was now up to the nation's citizens to take up arms and save America. Cody Jackson and Madison Colbie are two young citizens who answer the call. Just as he thought he was about to die, he heard a burst of fire and the guard dropped to the dirt. C.J. turned to see Maddie standing there holding her smoking automatic.
