Christian Savage is eleven years old, cute in a childish way, hopelessly inept in class and on the playground too, and bullied every day on the way to school. Meanwhile, in his fantasies, he's Incrediboy, constantly saving the world from evil villains using his incredible incredipowers. Everything changes, however, when Christian stumbles across two rings, lost by the archvillain Yoqe, which enable him to actualize his wishes. And that, of course, is when things get out of hand. Can Christian handle supernatural powers? Can he use them wisely? Could you? And how bad can things get? Well, I won't tell you, of course. You'll just have to read the book. Author Lee Clevenger writes a fast-paced, entertaining book of spoofy adventures and misadventures. Once you pick the book up, you'll have trouble laying it aside. And if you ever had fantasies of supernatural powers and deeds of daring, well, you might have second thoughts after you read it. I recommend this one for pure rollicking fun with an understated but important message. Reviewed by Louis N. Gruber.
IncrediBoy Rules

IncrediBoy is a wonderful book for anyone between the ages of seven and a hundred and seven. Eleven-year-old Christian Savage learns a valuable lesson of which we all need to be reminded. The well-written sory is a page-turner from beginning to end. My grandchildren and I were impressed with all the adventure and excitement we shared with this positive new juvenile hero. We can't wait for the sequel. Kudos to Mr. Clevenger.

One of the most well written books I have read in some time.It grabs your attenion and refuses to let go. There is a part of us all residing in Christian Savage. Can you guess the ending? Not only is this a book I will read again, I hope to see future books from Mr Clevenger. I encourage anyone in need of a little adventure to not only purchase this book for themselves, but to share the adventure.
IncrediBook!

Lee Clevenger's beautifully-crafted novel about wishes granted and their inevitable consequences manages to capture the interest and imagination of adults, despite its juvenile hero.Reading this charming and mysterious story to my five year-old friend, Milo, gave me as much pleasure as it did him. More, its inescapable moral allowed me to revisit some of my own, long-forgotten wishes -- and to give thanks that many of those wishes went unfulfilled. The only flaw of this delicious novel is its demand to be read to the end, time notwithstanding. So my only advice is that IncrediBoy's adventure be started rather early in the day lest bedtime be forgotten in the glow of a great story.
