As the Institut National de Pr paration Professionnelle (INPP) focuses on quality training using the latest technology in machinery and equipment, we'd like to give you an update on the productivity of the boiler-making workshop at INPP Mbujimayi. It's worth noting that, since it was set up, this workshop has been equipped with a range of machines and equipment capable of carrying out various mechanical manufacturing operations, such as plastic forming, machining and welding.Our studies have added value by implementing an administrative and technical reorganization of this workshop, with the introduction of various monitoring and control sheets for execution, quality and even agents.Maximizing productivity time, a sound marketing policy and regular upgrading of staff will be optimal solutions to make this workshop a hub of the boilermaking industry in Mbujimayi.
