Incoterms 2020

On 1 January 2020, the INCOTERMS 2020 rules came into force. Each new version reflects, on the part of the International Chamber of Commerce, the main changes in the customs and habits of companies in their international sales operations. The most important initiative has been to make the INCOTERMS more understandable (something that those of us who deal with them on a daily basis are very grateful for), improving the presentation and including more explanations to guide buyers and sellers in choosing the rule that best suits their needs in their sales contracts.
