Best how-to book on corporations and incorporating ever done

I've looked at a number of incorporating books for various states and this is the best I have ever seen. Here you have a lawyer telling you how to do it right, like he would do it. The forms are superb. I wish Mr. Davis would write a few more books.

Everything you need to know to incorporate

This is an excellent book for someone (like me) who was clueless about how and why to incorporate. Arizona is such a friendly and inexpensive state for starting a business -- with this book you can do the whole shebang (book included) for less than $150.00.
