Although there is legislation that guarantees the right of the person with disabilities to attend the school of the regular education network, there is still much to be done so that the child can attend the classroom and enjoy a welcoming environment on the part of his colleagues, as well as internalise the knowledge passed on by his teachers. The objective is to bring up the discussion of this concern, calling on legislators and all interested parties in this relevant and extremely pertinent matter, in order to take a more effective look and promote the insertion of resources and training of those involved.
