How to develop a wheelchair ecologically friendly, reliable and safe, from recyclable material mainly PVC pipe and rubber from discarded tires, which allows the mobility of disabled people? Through time it has been analyzed that people with disabilities have a limited chance to be part of the active society, the purpose of this work is to make use of technology and innovation to provide support to the mobility of this population. The construction of a wheelchair with recyclable materials that are considered useless or as "garbage" giving it a new use and a different way to take advantage of this type of material. In addition to that generate a cost reduction so that the product is affordable to low-income people.
