You matter Abuse is never your fault. Please know that you have the right to live your life without being abused in any way. If you feel you are being abused at home, at work, online or in public we encourage you to tell someone. Even if you are not sure if you are going to press charges, keeping this log now will be very helpful to you if the abusive behavior escalates.If you feel you may in any way be in danger please call 911.It is very important to log every single incident.Every call. Every sighting.Every confrontation.Are you being followed? Stalked?Is someone saying inappropriate things to you at work?Are you being sexually, physically or verbally abused?Log every encounter. Every text.Document every event.Be sure to include the FULL date, month and year.Be sure to write down the first and last name of any witnesses. Include the complete address of the location. Write down what happened. Use as many lines as you need If you reported the incident to a manager or supervisor, write their name down.
