Incident at Silver Beach

When Richard Harbinger spots a young boy with obvious injuries to his face after mass at Holy Cross Catholic Church, he fears the sexual abuse he endured as a boy from his parish priest must be continuing despite the advanced age of the Father.

Richard and three other men who have resided in the sleepy New England town of Meridian their whole lives, discover a common thread which binds them. As members of a secret club, each man was abused by the same priest.

Initially, they approach the presiding bishop, but when he fails to act, the four men determine to exact a measure of revenge while stopping the priest's abuses. When they inadvertently cause the death of the man, their club is threatened.

While the secret club tries to live with its mistake, three members of Meridian's law enforcement community attempt to unravel the mystery of how and why the attack occurred and who might have been involved.
