In Vinea Domini: An Account of my stewardship

By Father Kenneth Agwu

IN VINEA DOMINI is quite an extraordinary book from a very
well-known and well-respected writer in the Archdiocese of
Abuja, Fr. Kenneth Agwu. It is a compelling, well crafted
reflection and attractive literary presentation, that is easy to
digest. I am sure that it will attract the attention and admiration
of many people.
-+John Cardinal Onaiyekan, Archbishop of Abuja (1994 - 2019).

This book is a challenge to us priests, particularly the younger priests,
who have not learnt to explore and make their latent talents available
and beneficent to the public. It is also an anthology of optimism,
perseverance and diligence, written with humility, candour, clarity
and deep sense of responsibility. I am convinced that it will offer
enduring help to our seminarians in their difficult moments,
particularly those whose understanding of the priesthood is not yet
clearly defined. I recommend it as their invaluable companion.
-Rev. Fr. John Okwoeze Odey, Catholic Diocese of Abakaliki.

IN VINEA DOMINI is the fascinating story of one who overcame
obstacles, including a measure of self-doubt, to emerge as a priest
of the Catholic Church, and by dint of focus, commitment, hard
work and a mind set of ongoing formation or continuous learning,
has, with the grace of God, now completed a decade of service in
the Lord's vineyard, and counting. I commend this book, to all, as
indeed I am convinced that every reader will find in this tenth
anniversary reflections of Fr. Kenneth Agwu, a dose of inspiration
and motivation.
- Rev. Fr. George Omaku Ehusani, Executive Director, Lux Terra
Leadership Foundation.

This is a timely book for today's world and her images of the
Priesthood. In this book, Fr. Kenneth Agwu, has seized the
opportunities of grace to eternally express the clarity of his heart,
mind, soul, and spirit about the awesome gifts of the Catholic
Priesthood. I am overwhelmed by the insights of the book and I highly
recommend it for the different degrees of the Holy Orders, Religious,
Seminarians and formation centres, parents of priests and all
admirers and supporters of the Holy Priesthood.
- Rev. Fr. John-Mary Atep, Vocations
