Irish steeplechase jockey Brian Griffin is shot and left for dead in the transport barn after the two racehorses he has brought over to England have been placed in their stalls. His sister Colleen who rides show jumpers is determined to find out who was responsible. She accosts the busy head of the firm providing security for the transport company and pressures him to do whatever is necessary to discover who attacked her brother no matter how much time and effort it takes.
