Lexie is a reporter from Arizona and reports on up-and-coming people from music to authors and everything in-between. One day, she comes across the Tornado Cowboys online. When her boss senses a story, she's assigned to do a piece on the Tornado Cowboys. Lexie finally gets to meet their leader, Jasper. She doesn't know how she'll keep her composure around him when she feels a new type of storm brewing between them.

Jasper is the face of the Tornado Cowboys. He was curious about a paper doing a piece on him and his group. When they brought it up to him, they all happily agreed to let Lexie into their world. While Jasper is still moving on from Skye, he wonders how this reporter line danced her way into his heart.

With only one week to get the story done, they have to decide if they'll tame the whirlwind of emotions between them or let it pass like dust in the wind.
