In Solitude I Emerged is a modern-day presentation of life experiences, observations, and hurdles that people overcome or strive to overcome. It is thought provoking, with some spiritual associations, inspiration, good ole storytelling and everyday realness. The authors' life journey, goals and aspirations, personifies thoughts throughout the collection. Some pieces were influenced by public surveillance on the New York City streets/subway lines, with a colorful twist. The subway is rigged with wild behaviors, and surprises by interesting characters, perfect for endless storytelling. Other pieces showcase the importance of faith, as well as the inner struggles that others encounter. Some of their writings are written about family and friends, but most of the story telling is based on fictional characters. The authors have surpassed many tests and struggles and have proven that resilience strengthens foundations.
