A truly exciting read

A woman is dead. Her husband is in shock. Her brother-in-law is grief-stricken. Flynn, a family employee in charge of security, is overwhelmed. What has he done? How did things turn out this way? Could it have been different? This book is written with the end at the beginning. As you read you will discover all of the secrets of the past. Anna is a beautiful woman who has been through a terrible experience. Cesar took Anna away from an institution and brought her back to life. Anna and Cesar were married and built a beautiful home in a remote area. Tony is Cesar's beloved brother. But Cesar is unaware that Tony and Anna were in love once upon a time before tragedy hit. Flynn has received a dishonorable discharge from the service. He is trying to rebuild his life again. When he is approached by Cesar to handle the security on the estate, he thinks this is a new beginning for him, and for awhile that is true-until Flynn begins to uncover secrets that should never be revealed. Katherine Luck has written a novel that is exciting, mysterious and sad. I am glad I had the opportunity to read In Retrospect. Armchair Interviews says: Well-written story with lots of impact.
