In a Dandelions World is written for the child who wants to cross over from what she now considers "baby books" to something that allows a story to unfold, without being too much of a "big girl" book. The young reader relates with the youthful characters and soon sees them grow-up and grow old. He learns compassion as the characters play out a vivid scene of support, fellowship, teamwork, love and family. Supported by a few roughly crafted images, the young reader gets a big story in a little book.The story was first written for my grand daughter, when she was four years old. She said, "Papa, if I could read those big words, thats the kind of book Id like to read."
