In October 1191, he reiterated his openness to the Genoese, accepting their delayed correspondence and expressing readiness to discuss agreements. By February 1192, Isaac confirmed treaties made with the Pisans, highlighting ongoing diplomatic relations and the importance of maintaining alliances.
