Impact of Fertilizer Tree Technologies on Smallholder Farmers Income

The book explains the impact that Fertilizer Tree Technologies have on the economic livelihoods of the adopters. The book took a case study of Gliricidia Fertilizer Trees and employed the modern Propensity Score Matching technique to impact analysis. The econometric methods employed by the author are modern and up to standards as they are in line with the World Bank's impact analysis techniques. The author himself is an Econometrician and teaches Econometrics at Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources. He has written a number of Journal articles and also has done a number of studies for International Organizations including Save the Children, UNDP, World Bank e.t.c. The book is part of his Masters Thesis which he successfully defended in 2018. The author completed his masters degree with a distinction having scored a GPA of 3.83 out of 4.0. He completed his masters in less than one and half years which is no little achievement.
