Systemic diseases are conditions that affect several organs and tissues, including the kidneys. The work carried out in this study focused on the various systemic diseases and their impact on renal function, while determining the immunological profile and clinical and biological characteristics of the patients analyzed.These included systemic lupus erythematosus, Gougerot-Sj gren's syndrome, mixed connective tissue disease and systemic scleroderma, while examining the pathophysiological features by which these diseases affected the kidneys, including immune and inflammatory mechanisms.Diagnostic strategies, including the use of biomarkers and renal biopsy, were noted, particularly for therapeutic choice.Key words: Renal involvement, systemic diseases, renal biopsy, immunological profile, anti-nuclear antibodies.
