I'm not smoke

I am a runologist, and in this booklet, I aim to present my perspective on the possibility for a smoker to quit smoking. This book is intended for those who smoke and have decided to give up this habit for various reasons. If you managed to quit easily, perhaps reading this booklet is not necessary for you. It is more for those who face difficulties.

This will be a multi-part story where memories, although not entirely true, reflect my attempts to quit smoking. I could call these attempts games of willpower and drama. Another part is human laziness. In the third part, some observations from my experiences when I started practicing Rune magic. In the last part, what can be expected from the body when you stop smoking. Since I am not a medical professional, I will share only my personal experiences and insights.
