Often when asked: How are you? We respond with a triggered response: I'm Good, I'm okay, or I'm fine. We don't think about why we said it or if its true we just blurt out an answer. I'M NOT GOOD gets down to the root causes and helps us be honest with ourselves and others. The way to peace is acknowledgement. It is okay to say I'M NOT GOOD.
This isn't a self-help book. This is a self-REVEAL book. In order to be our best selves we must but in the mental work to CHANGE. A huge part of our inner change is our languge.
