This book is about motivation. I have had a stroke and my physiotherapist designed the exercise program to try and help me get my balance back. When I had the stroke I lost my sense of balance. . She instructed Tonie in the use of the program and Tonie has done thee program ever since. I have been completing the exercise program for several years now.. Progress is slow but there is progress. In order to continue with the program I really must have motivation. It would be so easy to stop he program and do nothing. It occurs to me that other people may be in the same boat. They may not have had a but they may have to complete an exercise program to get better. That being the case they may have a need for motivation
