My goal with this book is to teach and uplift children literally and figuratively. Literally, because it's important that children learn self love early. One way to achieve this is through confidence. Figuratively, because I'm also trying to help heal the broken inner child living in adults. I Pray that this book gives everyone an easy way to compliment themselves out loud as often as needed. When I wrote this I was speaking to my broken inner child. It has been extremely therapeutic. I believe that confidence can also be gained through knowledge, so I decided to put the affirmations in alphabetical order. No harm in teaching your children while healing yourself. I read this every day. I figured if it works for me it could work for others. This book is truly a gift from God.
