These poems tell a story of the struggle out of a life of depression, violence, partying, drugs and crime to a life of Teaching, Self-Education, Healing and Spiritual awakening. Although This Book of Rhymes originally was never initially meant for public consumption, it was born from needing an outlet of Self-Expression, healing, and self-motivation and now the author want to share her thoughts and experiences, to show that, anyone one of us, no matter the background, can awaken and tap into our gifts.
